Vivek Oberoi is the son of Bollywood actor Suresh Oberoi and Yashodhara. He also has a sister named Meghna who is an artist.

Vivek is also passionate about his boxers Duke and Ivy. He studied at Mayo College, Ajmer and has a Masters Degree in film acting from New York. Before he became a star, Vivek wrote scripts and dubbed for films.
